1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CloudAlls digital ecosystem, client portal, or associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please disconnect from our infrastructure immediately.
2. Enterprise License & Usage
CloudAlls grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our proprietary software. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our AI models or backend architecture.
3. Payment & Billing Cycles
All enterprise SaaS subscriptions and retainer invoices are due within Net 15 days of issuance. Failure to settle accounts may result in automated suspension of portal access and API routing.
4. Limitation of Liability
CloudAlls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of your use of our software ecosystem.

1. Global Compliance Standard
CloudAlls is fully compliant with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP). We treat your personal and corporate data with the highest level of cryptographic security.
2. Data Collection & Telemetry
We collect essential telemetry data, IP addresses, browser footprints, and account credentials necessary to provide you with secure access to our portal. We never sell your personal data to third-party data brokers.
3. Data Storage & Encryption
All sensitive information, including litigation notes, passwords, and API keys, are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption. Active databases are housed in ISO 27001-certified data centers across Mumbai and Frankfurt.
4. Your Rights (Data Subject Requests)
Under global privacy laws, you have the "Right to be Forgotten". You may request the export, modification, or complete deletion of your personal data from our servers. Please use the DSR Form located in this Legal Center to initiate a formal request.
Cookie & Tracking Policy

1. Session Management
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They are essential for maintaining secure user sessions and preventing Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks.
2. Essential vs. Non-Essential Cookies
- Essential Cookies: Used for authenticating your login and keeping your session secure. The portal cannot function without these.
- Analytics Cookies: We use anonymized telemetry (without storing PII) to monitor dashboard performance and page load speeds.
3. Managing Your Preferences
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies. However, if you do not accept essential session cookies, you will be unable to log into the Admin or Client dashboards.
Security & SLA Matrix

1. Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for all enterprise-tier clients. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via the internal broadcasting system.
2. Incident Response
In the event of a critical Severity 1 (P1) outage, our NOC (Network Operations Center) guarantees a preliminary response and diagnostic initiation within 15 minutes.
3. Penetration Testing
Our infrastructure undergoes bi-annual third-party penetration testing. Executive summaries of these reports are available to Enterprise clients under a signed NDA.
Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities
Users of the CloudAlls network may not engage in activities that are illegal, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with our infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to: DDoS attacks, malware distribution, phishing, and cryptojacking.
2. API Rate Limiting
To protect network integrity, all API endpoints are strictly rate-limited. Intentional attempts to bypass these limits will result in immediate API key revocation and permanent IP bans.
