Terms of Service

By using our platform, you agree not to misuse our services, infringe on intellectual property, or violate any local laws.

2. Termination of Service

CloudAlls reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

3. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CloudAlls and its employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of any term of these Terms.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms regarding payments and subscriptions.

General Rule: Due to the digital nature of our services (SaaS/Code), all sales are generally considered final.
1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in specific cases where:

  • There was a technical billing error (e.g., double charge).
  • The service was completely inaccessible for more than 48 hours.

To request a refund, contact billing@cloudalls.com within 7 days of the transaction.

DMCA & IP Policy

Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.

CloudAlls complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed on our platform, please submit a notice containing:

  • 1. Physical/electronic signature of the copyright owner.
  • 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • 3. Identification of the material to be removed.
  • 4. Contact information (Address, Email, Phone).
